What this notice covers
This notice explains how Aisle Seat One LLC handles information submitted through this website and the Aisle Seat One portfolio newsletter. Product-specific privacy notices and email preferences remain separate.
Newsletter consent
The newsletter is optional. When you enter your email and click Subscribe, you consent to receive Aisle Seat One emails. Account creation, product use, cookies, analytics choices, or silence do not count as newsletter consent. You can unsubscribe at any time through a link in an email or by contacting us.
Information and purpose
For newsletter signup we use your email address, preference decisions, notice version, approximate locale and time zone, and delivery or suppression evidence. We use these to deliver the newsletter, honor preferences, prevent abuse and duplicates, troubleshoot delivery, and demonstrate consent or withdrawal.
Delivery provider and international processing
Resend processes email delivery and suppression data on our behalf. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Resend and its service providers operate. We do not sell newsletter information.
Tracking
Open-tracking pixels are disabled. A marketing message may use disclosed click tracking and campaign-specific links. Clicks are treated as a campaign diagnostic, never as proof of consent, identity, comprehension, or product activation.
Retention
Address-free signup abuse evidence is removed after 30 days. Replay evidence is retained for 24 hours. Consent and suppression evidence may be retained for up to 72 months, recipient-level delivery events for up to 13 months, and non-identifying aggregate metrics for up to 36 months. When deletion is appropriate, deliverable contact and engagement data is removed while the minimum encrypted decision or suppression proof may be retained for the approved remainder.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe, request access to current preferences and decision evidence, ask for correction, or request deletion where applicable. A newsletter choice does not change a product-specific email preference, and a product choice does not subscribe you to the portfolio newsletter.
